She got to have her very first lunch order for a very special lunch treat. She was so excited about that and chose herself a meat pie, jelly cup and orange juice.
After school we went around to Grans where we had a little afternoon tea party with her cousins.

It was her choice for dinner, and she chose KFC. Then, since Dad and Pop were still at work and missed the earlier celebration, there was more cake after dinner.

Today she had a Zumba dance party at Salsabor Dance Studio. It was absolutely terrific, the kids had so much fun learning new dances and playing party games.

Like limbo, on their bellies!

More dancing!

The kids have a little tradition at school where they sing a special birthday song, so they all sang it to her today before she blew out her candles, she was thrilled!
We sure got good value from that 85c number 7 candle this year!Bec had fallen off her bike last Sunday and got herself a nasty black eye, but it has healed beautifully through the week and has gone from this on day 2 to almost nothing today. She is a lucky, lucky girl. Her bike helmet definitely saved her from much worse.
She has had a wonderful, happy birthday that went on for a few days :) She received some beautiful presents, including some board games (old faves like Cluedo, boggle and Yahtzee), Lego, a keyboard with a microphone, Zumba dance and a drawing studio for the Wii, a FurReal puppy, lots of craft activities and some Roald Dahl books. Happy 7th birthday sweetheart!
